Guide2Go warrants that its products are fit for purpose and free from faults. Here are the options for your warranty:
- If it’s broken or faulty, send us a video of the broken or faulty product, and we’ll send you another one or give you your money back – your choice.
- If it’s not broken or faulty, but you don’t like it, we’ll give you your money back, but you’ll have to pay for the postage to send it back to us.
- If it’s not broken or faulty, but you don’t think it’s fit for purpose, and you don’t want to pay for postage to send it back to us, then send us a video showing how it’s not fit for purpose. If we think you’re right, we’ll be grateful for the feedback and give you your money back. If we don’t agree, then you can take option 2.
